    After Turn & Talk we had EACH group come up to my computer and go through the steps of taking a picture and typing their post-it in. It was tedious, but it let the kids go through the steps independently and recall the steps as each group went. 
Maybe you could integrate it into reflection by inviting those who worked hard during composing to come up at reflection and you model them taking a picture of their work and posting it?  After practicing many times 1st grade might be able to do it with a peer?
