The image that I photo shopped didn't work out well so I will need practice on this subject. The issue with Photoshop is that it was complicated to start with, as with many cs programmes, but after a while you feel more confident around the software. Photoshop means you can cut edit and colour an image in any way you like to improve the overall look and quality of the video. I also made sure my group knew what they needed to do and prioritised their time on the most important tasks. the skills I learnt was how to use planning to help in a production, timekeeping and also how to make sure that the  production run smoothly. the barriers involved our actors, which did not turn up, so we had an emergency meeting and decided it would be better for team to act during the music video. we overcame barriers also such as absence  by allocating certain slots for the video and making sure there was a backup plan if someone was not in. areas that needed improving was organisation, and making sure people could come in to act when needed, also trying to eliminate team absence as much as i could. i will make sure organisation is used for timekeeping.  the reviews was that the video maybe did not have a full storyline but most students left kryptonite positive feedback, praising the camera angles and other parts of the video.  I am thankful to have such a great team for the video and i am glad with how the final product looked!
