Leonardo was born in 1452 in the Tuscan village of Vinci, a peasant's natural son, Caterina (that married soon after with an artisan of the region), and of being Piero, a rich Florentine notary. Italy was then a city-state mosaic as Florence, small republics like Venice and feuds under the power of the princes or the Pope. May 2 1519 died in Cloux; their testament bequeathed Melzi all its books, manuscripts and drawings that the pupil took charge of returning to Italy. As it usually happens to the big geniuses, they have been knitted around their death some legends; one of them, inspired by Vasari, seeks that Leonardo, sorry of not having taken an existence governed by the laws of the Church, it was admitted largely and, with their last forces, he/she incorporated of the mortuary channel to receive, before expiring, the sacraments.  

Perfecting their own Discovery of the sfumato, taking it to an almost miraculous concretion, Leonardo was able to capture an expression between the fleeting thing and the perennial thing: the "enigmatic smile" of the Gioconda it is one of the more admired, commented and mock chapters of the history of the art, and their mystery still continues today fascinating. It exists the legend that Leonardo promoted that expression in his model making sound lutes while she posed; the square that has crossed few vicissitudes not, has been considered as summit and they summarize of the talent and of the "pictorial science" of its author.

I chose Leonardo he/she Gives Vici because he was some of the big artists from Italy and my admiration for that the one believes the biggest work in their life that is the "MONALISA" that at the moment is in Paris, France in the pyramid "or" it is in the entire world an idol of the art that up to now is.
