         <description><![CDATA[<p>How to close gaps between scripted curricula and demonstrating CRSE competencies.  </p><p><br/></p><p>This Spring, 100% of the mentor teachers and one in-service teacher I supervise have scripted curricula and leaders who communicate that they must follow the script.  However, after brief conversations with leaders and mentor teachers about how past student teachers managed to demonstrate some of the competencies using scripted curricula, they have been receptive to the adjustments in lessons.  We can help them think creatively while remaining in compliance.  </p>]]></description>
