Even when the woman does everything the same as man, her work is not considered to show as much leadership as the man's.</div>]]></description>

When listening, do not interrupt, do not problem solve, and do not always relate it back to yourself. Remember that building trust takes time, and that spending time together is an important way to do this. Encouraging is the most appreciated skill in mentoring, so it is always better to over praise than under praise. Recognizing weakness, setting long and short term goals, and knowing what's important will create good goals.</div>]]></description>

However, according to the <em>New York Times </em>article "A Surge of Women Candidates, but Crowded Primaries and Tough Races Await<em>,"</em> the chances of most of these women winning is slim. Many will lose in the primary election, and some male candidates for the same seat requested that the female candidate give up the bid for the general election, despite the woman being better funded (which is generally a sign they will win in the general election.)</div>]]></description>
