If I do not obtain permission, I do not use those materials.  OER Commons is a blessing. I have included with all discussion boards a direction to interact politely. Monitoring these discussions would be important. All of the activities maintain student privacy both in the class and outside the class. None of the activities for any of the units or lessons I have planned require students to register or give information to a third party. This is another area that I will need to study.
