    The voting system should rely around the concept that those who vote are only allowed to do so because they have purchased anything within the fair. This ensures that those who are participating in the festivities gets a choice of movie.
     
    Possibly instead of a vote we could do a raffle, like previously mentioned only those who have purchased anything can participate, but instead of voting they write down their movie choice on a piece of paper and on the night of the movies showing we choose from the selection of options like a raffle draw.

    Given that most of the festival/fair will be held outside on the curtain campus I think it would be a great idea to hold an outdoor theatre, of course showing movies that follow this coming of age theme. This ensures that those who enjoy the atmosphere of the festival still can while also watching a movie.
     
    Of course, there will also be a movie playing indoors which will allow those who enjoy the enclosed darkness of theatres while watching movies can do so.
     
    I think the movie that gets voted for should be played in the outdoor theatre and be part of the festival, given that those who have voted are also participating in the festival. 
     
    Maybe though there can be two votes hopefully enticing people to buy more things from the fair to be allowed to vote.  This vote will be for the indoor theatre.
