4. Ritme Bicara

Cepat lambatnya seseorang bicara mempengaruhi apakah orang lain dapat mengerti atau tidak apa yang hendak disampaikan. Kalau berbicara terlalu cepat, bisa-bisa apa yang hendak anda sampaikan malah tidak jelas. Dan sebaliknya, hindari ritme bicara yang terlalu pelan/lambat, sehingga lawan bicara mampu menyela pembicaraan dengan mengutarakan apa yang ingin anda sampaikan.

5. Hindari Lelucon

Jangan berusaha membuat lelucon yang mungkin ditujukan untuk membuat rekan tersenyum namun malah berakibat sebaliknya. Lawan bicara akan berpikir bahwa anda menghabiskan waktunya dengan melontarkan lelucon yang sama sekali tidak lucu. Hal ini sangat fatal terutama dalam meeting.

6. Diam Kalau Gugup
