         <description><![CDATA[<div>• Arid climate<br>• Typically bare, rocky, sandy surfaces that allow the little rainfall they get to evaporate swiftly<br>• excess evaporation over precipitation&nbsp;<br>- Most think of deserts as being hot, however deserts merely have drastic temperature extremes<br>- Because of desert biomes being an extremely harsh living environment&nbsp; the ecosystem is very delicately constructed with animals filling very niche roles. This put it at great danger for collapse from outside engagement such as dehabitation or introduction of an invasive species.<br>- This delicate ecosystem makes almost all organisms very important. An example of the most important in the Sahara desert would be the antelope. Antelope is the main food source for most of the predators in the Sahara therefore if it were to die out all their predators would struggle to find food.</div>]]></description>
