         <description><![CDATA[<p>IBIA Are not paid enough for the job that they do. They are abused on a daily basis and don’t earn much more than someone serving fast food yet they’re caring for children and the reason they do the job the way they do is because they do care for the children please keep them in mind. They need to be paid more money for the job that they do IAC for each special education, teacher should be a full-time position to provide the support that is needed to our students with IEP‘s caseloads may say lower numbers, but the minutes may be widely increased that needs to be taken into account. The needs of our students are vast ranging from little support to extreme support, not only academically, but social, emotional, and behaviorally.</p>]]></description>

This becomes a computer skills test and not an academic assessment. We need to take a step backward to move forward and get rid of all the programs or at least most of them that are computer computer-based.</p>]]></description>
