         <description><![CDATA[<div>This blog shows how key insights and tools are needed to develop and advance a systems mindset to deal with complex problem solving.&nbsp;<br>No theme of "Interconnectivity" talks about important aspects, like the fact that everything depends on something else to survive. Giving real examples.&nbsp;<br>Besides this he also talks about Synthesis, and how it is different from Analysis. Basically he says that when it comes to thinking about systems, the objective is synthesis, as opposed to analysis, which is the dissection of complexity into manageable components. Analysis fits into the mechanical and reductionist view of the world, where the world is divided into parts.<br>Another topic covered in the blog is Feedback Loops. The concept of feedback loops is based on the fact that everything is interconnected, so there are constant feedback loops and flows between elements. Within this theme it also addresses the different types of Feedback Loops: reinforcing and balancing.<br>Next the blog discusses Causality. This explains how one thing results in another thing in a dynamic and constantly evolving system. In other words, it basically studies the cause-effect relationships. The blog mentions "Causality as a concept in systems thinking is really about being able to decipher the way things influence each other in a system. Understanding causality leads to a deeper perspective on agency, feedback loops, connections and relationships, which are all fundamental parts of systems mapping."<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This blog poses several pertinent questions that helped me understand what are the systems thinking! It confronts us with several real examples with which we identify, so we better understand the concept of thinking systems and their characteristics.&nbsp;<br>In addition, it touches an important point that I had not yet seen exposed in the research I'm doing on this subject until now: why being a "System Thinker" is so important.&nbsp;<br>This point captured my attention! When thinking about the world we live in, we realize how complex it really is! In this sense, to face it we will also have to think in a complex way to make the best decisions. By making it a habit to consider and reconsider how our own role might be connected to others, we can mitigate impact and work together to create better solutions.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This paper considers the existing definitions of thinking systems and their components, and from there creates a new definition for these systems.&nbsp; &nbsp; The definition was tested for fidelity against a System Test and against three widely accepted system archetype.<br><br>I think it is an interesting article in the sense that it gives a better understanding of how this concept of "System Thinking" came about. It also provides a more detailed visualization of these systems and their components.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
