Glow: I liked your comparison of innovators to athletes. In game adjustments are huge in sports and its an innovative talent that many don't have. I also thought your survey was very insightful, as the open ended answers allowed for more diverse opinions.

Grow: I would definitely try to minimize the amount of text used in your visual medium. Often times during the presentation I thought it was too much to look at.
