The world pattern is shifting from a single global market that emphasizes efficiency first to competitive blocs that place more emphasis on security, resilience and value recognition, which is known as "fragmentation".</p><p>The main reason: The globalization of the past few decades has been based on the belief that efficiency can be maximized by reducing trade barriers and globally allocating supply chains. However, geopolitical tensions, the impact of the pandemic and climate disasters have exposed the vulnerability of this highly dependent model.</p><p>Global growth slowdown: Institutions such as the World Bank estimate that long-term fragmentation could lead to significant losses in global GDP.</p><p>Rising consumer costs: The increased supply chain restructuring and security costs for enterprises will eventually be passed on to consumers.</p><p>Weakened cooperation mechanisms: On major issues that require global cooperation, such as climate change and public health, reaching consensus will become more difficult.</p><p>For individuals, this means that we need to readjust our expectations: more volatile prices, more changeable career prospects, and a more complex international information environment.</p><p>Career and Opportunity: The ebb of globalization means a narrowing of career development paths.
