López was Lucía's partner and he betrayed and killed her after the politician (Juan) paid them. OR Lucía and Juan are having an affair. When S López, Lucía's husband finds out, he kills Lucía and creates the notebook as a way of framing Juan

Because Entero Pulento was being interrogated about a murder that took place years ago, he could not go to the detective's office to clarify that this was all a Joke.
