How important is the unique factor of the plan?

I saw something about the creativity or something similar being a little more weighty next year compared to this year. How important would it to have a creative plan compared to something a little more common. And, how would you strike a good balance between an actually good plan and one that is unique?

How important is fundraising for PMCA?

Most sample projects seem to have huge amounts raised...My project is funded by the nonprofit organization I'm working with but I'm not raising any money...after all its community awareness not community giving! Does fundraising help your project win glass?
