I believe that teachers should not rely solely on external rewards to keep students motivated but should encourage their intrinsic motivation instead.

When students learn out of interest and curiosity, they develop a love for learning that stays with them over time, unlike a situation where they expect an external reward such as prizes.

Studies show that students who are driven by intrinsic curiosity achieve better long-term academic success because they persist even without external rewards. For example, children who read books for enjoyment continue reading without needing a reward, whereas students who receive prizes for reading may stop once the reward is removed.

Therefore, instead of focusing on prizes, teachers should encourage curiosity, creativity, and a sense of personal achievement in students to build lasting motivation.

Let me know if you need any refinements!

We believe that teachers should give prizes to students to keep them motivated. Rewards help students work harder and stay interested in learning. When students know they will get a prize, they try their best and focus more on their tasks. For example, a teacher who gives stickers or small gifts to students who finish their work on time may see that students become more responsible and excited to learn. Many teachers use this method, and it helps students behave better and stay motivated. In conclusion, giving prizes is a good way to encourage students to learn and do their best.

I think that sometimes, teachers need to give prizes to their students to keep them motivated.

This is because when a student gets a prize for a good thing that he does, he will do it again.

For example, the student helped her friend, and the teacher gave her a prize: a sticker. After this, the student went on again because she wanted more stickers.

I think that the prizes, its a good way to succeed something from the students, but we need to teach them to do things without value.

We believe that teachers should give positive reinforcement to their students to keep them motivated.

Because it motivates them to keep trying despite the difficulty and the fact that they don't feel like doing tasks at that moment. Example: Daniel teaches first grade at school and uses the rewards method to motivate, to raise the level of learning - especially since they are children who have just graduated from kindergarten and need to be motivated to learn, participate and behave well.

In conclusion, teachers can use the tool of rewards, of course, in the right way and in the right dosage.

We think that the teachers should give rewards to make students more motivated, because it will enhance student's motivation to succeed. For example; when students receives a present they get passionate to succeed.

Additionally, rewards can help students develop good study habits. When they know their efforts will be recognized, they are more likely to stay focused and put in the work needed to succeed.

In conclusion, we believe that giving prizes can enhance student's motivation and encourage them to perform better in their studies.
