I enjoy seeing other people win. If life were a game of volleyball, I would enjoy being the setter, setting up the next person to spike.

My wife and 5 children are a big part of my community. I also find community with my friends, church, workplace, etc...

I am motivated by the excitement I feel when teachers try a new strategy and find it engaging and relevant for their students.

I am doing well today. I feel my community is always growing.  Initially, it was AUHSD but has my roles have changed in my district my community has grown larger.  I include this group part of my community now.
