Im thinking of a new concept for a mrp rule base

the previous MRP orgs have always found it hard to find the correct rules to use and rules are always being changed. and its quite infuriating when perfectly fine rules get changed. And along side that i have gained my own opinions on how MRP should work weapons wise. MRP org administered missile lists need to go. its time that the people that research the missiles and their guidance systems to determine the counters, and have their own personal lists should be able to use their skill. research for the missiles takes hours to do and that's the true work done to get better. MRPers like 3021, Draken, and many more are mrpers that had large personal missile lists. I myself am one of those MRPers that has a massive missile list which took hours of research to obtain. and when you are shot down by some missiles u have no clue existed, take note of those missiles and research them yourself. And getting killed by those "unknown to you missiles" sparks determination to get better. we need to stop coddling the noobs.

Fox codes need to go away, they make dogfight last for ever, yea they may balance things very well, but its like communism, uh oh, ur too good with missiles? well fuk you get nerfed. now ur new found skill means nothing and you cant use it. there has been dogfights that have lasted hours, and they turned into just Guns battles because pointless to use a missile and they already know the counter because of the fox code, so guns is utilised, although its the same concept of everyone knows the counter, but for guns its faster to type it. i cant tell you how many times this happened to not only me but many other mrpers. it wastes time and its annoying.

Im also tired of seeing different locking procedures it should be 1 locking procedure:
1. Master arm on (or mock master)
2. Lock (missile name) (player name)
3. fire
It drives me to no end when there's different locking procedures when this one is clearly the easiest and fastest way. its simple to both teach and use. some things i've seen be used by actually recced nations is: "Locking - (missile) on (player name)" or "(missile name) Locking - (player name)"
both of those are way to fuking long and we dont need more than one locking procedure.
