+ putting it in one collective area in the middle of the town and having the waste transported to another place every once in a while

+ Instead of disposing waste, we can recycle them instead

- compost can be recycled as natural fertilizer for agricultural usage

- plastic can be recycled to make plastic clothing, plastic bricks (for construction)...

- metals can be smelted in order to produce other metal products

- batteries can be recycled by diluting the acid with caustic (basic not acid) water, and then it's shell can be shredded and recycled by smelted just like the metals

+ We can give out rewards to people who follows the rule of waste disposal by either rewarding them with some money (eg. 100 riels per 3 plastic bottles picked of from the streets) or reward them by giving out yearly certificates and giving out money prizes to who dedicates the most in the waste disposal in one city district (government's funding)

*Pros & Cons

+ by recycling the wastes, it could really have a great impact (a positive impact) onto the country's economy, being able to reuse waste

+ by disposing the trash through burning it or throwing it into the ocean, we can instead just recycle it therefore there won't be any harm to the environment

+ by rewarding people for following the rules, they'll be more active in order to recieve more rewards, thus leaving them to have a good deed in their name

+ by collecting the trash into one area of the town and transporting it out of town every now and then, the smell wouldn't be much of a problem if the trash was well organized

*Plan

In a middle of a town, construct a waste collecting site organizing trash bins into 4 groups as planned (compost, plastic, metal and battery), and advertise the information and plan of controlling the waste to the civilians regarding the plan. The composts can be recycled as fertilizer for plantation and agriculture. Next we hire a waste delivering company and pay them for transporting the plastics (every once a week), metals and batteries into companies that would like to buy the organized wastes in order to recycle them into other resources. In another case, we can also sell the plastic waste to China, which on average imports 80 million tons of plastic from all over the world every year. Afterwards the plastic recycling companies can compress the plastic and turn them into high quality clothing or bricks for construction and as for the metal/ battery recycling companies will drain out the acid from the batteries and take all the metals to smelt and reuse. For the civilians who contribute the most in waste managing will be given a certificate/ cash reward from the district chief and will have an honor to their name.

Introduce the idea to the government and test out the plan in a district for 2 months. If everything goes well, then let every place in the country follow the new rules.
