         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Reframe pressure= negative thought process, self-doubt, intentionally increase, not mentally good and puts pressure and may cause worse results. Positive improve performance, recognising nerves and pressure can help improve performance</li><li>Reduce external pressure= pressure internal+external, Conversations with friends and family to make them aware that they are potential sources of pressure, If your friends or family view something as important they are likely to pass that same thought onto the participant .Giving a fatherly figure speech. No matter how good or bad you do you always going to be the same in our eyes. Athletes need to do things for themselves and that is positive as it is self-reliant and may bring positive results. Reduce internal source of pressure      </li><li>Reduce internal sources of pressure=The largest source of pressure come from atoms in a pre-game warm up or team talk. Athletes depend on their mental skills genetic makeup and experience, how athletes respond to this increased pressure will be different </li><li>distinguishing symptoms pressure= Having pressure is like flicking your button one moment you have nothing then the next moment you have a lot of it basically coming out of your ears. As you move along the slide or Flick of a switch you Recognise symptoms and physiological things that start to happen such as heart rate and breathing rate increase or butterflies in your stomach. The man who hardly recognise the symptoms is experience exposure to similar situations under high pressure.</li><li>Use pressure in training= Pressure was implicated at the right moment In time.
