Allowing elementary school children to bring cellphones onto school, or campus property. Only able to use their cellphones either for an emergency, or staff (teacher), instructing to be able to use their cellphone during school hours. Many members of schools are against this rule, the main reason that they will, and can cause distractions while in school.

Some of the staff fare against it because if it goes of it will be a distraction. Of course the parent's are not against it because they want them to have it just in case they need to contact them for an emergency. The decision was made and they are know allowed to have it but they are not allowed to use. they may use it if they are granted permission but if not they can not go on it.
