Kate and I are setting up PLA 2020 with a responsive site this year. She has been GREAT with communication and even created a PDF of the timeline breakdown for "easy saving/reference".

I haven't worked with an ES member that has done this and I found it extremely helpful! This will allow us to know what we agreed to, will hold both parties accountable for their promises and super easy to reference like she said.

Anyways, great work Kate, I appreciate you and going the extra mile!

Because of this, our meeting registration for ACAAI was able to open right on time and without any issues for the LIVE roll-out!!

 

Of course, there were also many other people from the eShow staff that helped (i.e. Ami, Jill and others we could not all list), but we wanted to especially thank Brittany for stepping up, keeping us on track, getting the job done and making for a smooth transition.

 

We look forward to working with her onsite at the ACAAI meeting in November and for the upcoming AO Annual Meeting registration opening this October; then continuing to further work with her for other meetings in the future!

Amy Allison just worked our show in Minneapolis and although I don’t work directly with her, the feedback I have received from our registration team has been very positive!  My interactions with her are limited, but her personality and “go get it done attitude” is very refreshing.  It seems these days that customer service in various arenas is lacking, but Amy really makes herself accessible and jumps in at a moment’s notice.

 

She’s pleasant, personable and I love her work ethics.  Our registration team has always highlighted her performance.

Brandon legit went above and beyond today helping me with housing. He didn't just shove documents and process lists. He sat down with me and helped build everything out. He explained why things were the way they were. He made me look good on my call with the client. He had questions I should ask and even helped me with some issues I had after the call. I had the whole housing portion of this contract built within 2 hours. KUDOS!!!

Jennifer Rhoads never heard "we can't", only, "sure, lets see what we can do".  She also went so far as to mention that she knows how busy we are, facing this kind of work from all of our clients.

Sales hasn't had a lot of clients offer their appreciation during all the hell that has broken loose during COVID-19.  We all know that they appreciate us, but are too bogged down to say thank you!

I have worked with her twice on two separate virtual conferences, and she is fantastic. She is always so positive and brings sunshine to the darkest moments that can happen with a virtual event. She is prompt at responding and knowledgeable. She troubleshoots issues with a level headed attitude and is super customer-focused. She has contributed above and beyond what she was supposed to help both these conferences flow smoothly. She has worked late nights to make sure that things looked up to our standards. I appreciate her, and to be frank; she deserves recognition for her hard work.  I wish there were more I could do than send an email. Our experience would have been far less pleasant if it weren't for her hard work.

During IAJGS last week, I monitored some virtual sessions, including the last one, which was like a game show (they called it "Jewpardy"). During the intermission, they were giving out some awards and they gave one to Lawrence. Unfortunately, I didn't catch what they called it, but they offered their appreciation for the help he had provided all week. At this point, he knew many of the speakers and moderators by name. You could tell that he had gone out of his way to get to know them, and help with anything they needed.

Just yesterday, I was on a call to discuss VEM however, the client started it all off with a lot of questions regarding webinars and Big Marker. I quickly im’d her just to see if she was available and she hopped on the call and talked my client off the railing for 45 minutes. AMAZING!

 

She is most certainly a force to be reckoned with and I am so happy she is able to help me out with our my virtual sessions drama.
