step 2 -  start to form the questionnaire online or on paper so it's more accessible for other people to fill in  

step 3- send the questionnaires to the schools, colleges and primary schools. so you can start to get the information you want.

step 4- collect the information/questionnaires in form the  public 

step 5- start to analyse the information and out it into graphs or groups to see what was a popular answer and what ones weren't. 

step 6- you could look further into the ones which people didn't answer and why they didn't answer them 

step 7- you could also have a interview with a specific person and ask them in more detail about their answers.
