         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. currently do short, brief overviews of AAC at specific meetings such as new teacher, self-contained, MET training, etc.<br>2. Meet at various places - YAPPY hour ( must order food using devices), have Circles (open dialogue and discussion), <br>3. Donut Worry, Be Chatty - opportunity for parents to try devices and learn about AT<br>4. Need to increase awareness of disability training at the university level; use volunteers however they leave - trying to increase student advocacy to learn the AT. <br>5. Issues with PD - turnover each year with staff<br>5. Create an AT website with previous trainings<br>6. Parent University - training for parents on what to do with personal devices and concerns<br>7. </div>]]></description>
