Problems Solved
1.The power was separated equally between each state and the government
2. Each State would have their own constitution and own political system

Challenges that are still around:
1. Other countries were reluctant to make loans with Congress or the states. 
2.These countries were afraid that they never may get their money back.  
3.Congress did not have the power to tax and control their own trade. 
4.Some states printed their own money which made certain products go up and or down in the value if them
5. There were no equal rights for the whole nation
6. Congress could not tax, so they could not run their own post office
7. The Continental Army was always under supplied because congress could not raise enough money to supply them with the stuff that they needed to win the war
8.
