Advertising from TS to boards and Principals.
Regular contact with schools.
Deliberately target schools we know aren't performing well and approach them - door knocking (team leaders). 
Team leaders need to be more proactive in procuring work. 
We are a YEAR behind with marketing.
What have we learnt from the first 6 months' transition period into this new PLD model? 
Use the new Dean in our marketing.
Long term vision needed (proactive rather than reactive) - beyond 2018.
