La madre refiere que hace 2 días que la niña comió un pan de chocolate guardado, al cual le atribuye posible causa. 

El dolor es difuso, tipo cólico (como lavar la ropa o retorcer un trapo) de inicio progresivo, tiene una intensidad de 6/10 en la escala de caritas (Wong Baker). Refiere que este dolor permanece todo el día en intervalos. Se acompaña de náusea que llega al vómito de consistencia alimentaria por 3 ocasiones siendo vómito postprandial sin presencia de sangre, y acompañado de 4 deposiciones de consistencia blanda sin presencia de moco ni sangre. No presencia de fiebre. El dolor disminuye después de vomitar y en posición fetal. Para tratar de calmar el dolor la madre le dio agua de orégano, pero no hubo mejoría, los síntomas persisten   por lo que hoy acude a nuestra casa de salud .

Sus perímetros tanto cefálico como braquial están dentro del percentil 50, de igual forma su peso y estatura teniendo como resultado un IMC de 14,2 que es normal para su edad.
