I'm writing to complain about the laser print I recently bougth. When I try to use it, it gives me an error message and then it turns off. I can´t find any information on the internet about this problem, so I want a  | refund.

Also, I'm not able to install the D5 Database on my new cumputers. I belive this is because of the version. Maybe an upgrade of the software is what I need for solving it.

My laser printer doesn't work, It gives me error messages and I would like to replace It.

My other problem is that I'm unable to connect to my database. I need  a upgraded version of the database.

I want to complain about your awful equipment. Last week I bought a new printer that the only thing it prints are errors messages in my screen, and moreover I'm not able to install the database, due to, guess what? another error.
 I sincerely expect you to be kind enough to send me a new and better one, in exchange the troubles I've suffered, as well as an upgraded version of the database.

The reason of this letter is to expose some problems I had with the laser printer I bought.
First of all, it's constantly giving me error messages so I would like to replace it with a new one.
