Task: Cook a three-course meal (starter, main course, dessert) for 4 people from a Mystery Box. The main ingredient is Pecorino Romano DOP.


Timeframe:

Start: 10:00 AM - Tasting of Pecorino Romano DOP with cheese sommelier Jutta Jung


Start: 11:00 AM - Unveiling of the Mystery Box


Starter must be delivered at 2:00 PM (total of 4 plates)


Main course must be delivered at 3:30 PM (total of 4 plates)

Dessert must be delivered at 5:00 PM (total of 4 plates)


A short presentation of each finished dish to the jury is desired.


17:30 Announcement of the winners for the final, award of certificates for the second winners.
