         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Enquiries:</strong> 95% of all enquiries will be responded to as follows:  assistance in the Library will normally be given within 10 minutes during staffed opening hours, enquiries received by phone and email before 4pm on working days will be responded to the same day.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Document Supply</strong>: 90% of requests for articles and books will be actioned within one working day.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>PRIMO</strong>: Our library catalogue will be available for resource discovery 99.5% of the time, excluding planned maintenance.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>User Feedback</strong>: </p><p>100% of feedback relating to improvement of the service feeds forward into discussion and action planning.</p><p>We will aim for at least 90% positive sentiment across all our feedback mechanisms.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Training</strong>: Our Customer Services staff will undertake at least 2 hours of training and development provided by the Library per quarter.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><em>Currently faculty members may need to search across various platforms, namely library resources, e-learning content, open educational resources (OER) to identify resources for teaching. Library resources can be found through OneSearch, e-learning content are searchable via SIT Learning Management System (LMS) and publisher’s website, and open educational resources are searchable on each provider's website.</em></p><p><br/></p><p>This initiative aims to reduce faculty’s search efforts across multiple platforms for different types of resources and improve user experience.</p><p><strong>Timeline:</strong></p><p>Conduct research for the available options.
