         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Prejudice and discrimination can be described as a form of inter group bias. The researchers need to make sure to avoid bias and subjective ideas on sexuality then they interviewed.<br><br>2. When you interview or do surveys, there may be sensitive topic，if people don't want to answer, you need to make sure you don’t force them to answer. Maybe there are people who are willing to share answers but not willing to share answers to public, so we have to ask the participants what they think about.<br><br>3.When we collect the answer, we need to encrypt it. Some women take this as a private topic and don't want the answers to be made public. At the same time, we need to anonymize the names and contact information of participants to protect their privacy.</div>]]></description>
