The module convenor sent out pre-readings months ahead, also with many preparation note emails before the start. Though the sessions had to be taken online due to COVID, they were efficiently delivered & nicely presented, and involved with great guest speakers. We have immersed in learning not only from the academic aspect but also from the way the professors' working and presenting, which will benefit us both in future careers and daily practice. Flow of the module- It was seamlessly delivered building one block over the other. A perfect mix of theory , practice and industry exposure.
2. Content - The content was well structured and covered all dimensions of venture capital.  If we could also include a short pre-reading with basic terms ,mathematical concepts and simple practice questions that would be great. 
3. Delivery- Three module convenors with different perspectives and areas of expertise gave us an opportunity to build a broader view of the concepts. Questions were encouraged at any point in time which helped me solidify my grasp real time. Poll feature on moodle (if available)  could be used to publish quizzes during the sessions. That would be fun.
4. Experience - I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this course to other students. This course not only taught me VC concepts but also the mindset and thought process of a VC expert.

A lot of thought had clearly gone into the structure and content, supporting interaction and learning. Their vast experience shone through, and helped us to better understand and conceptualise ideas. 

It was really useful to ask us to share our initial questions/objectives on padlet from the outset, allowing for some of the content to be tailored to our needs. It was clear that student feedback into learning styles and preferences had been considered too. 

The varied experiences offered by different members of the team and external speakers helped to add to the depth of learning and added fresh perspectives.

Definitely would recommend the course and a great way to finish semester 2. Thank you all for the professionalism, patience and kindness throughout the week as well as keeping the door open to speaking again soon in the near future.

From the beginning of the module, I can feel that the module convenors were dedicated to provide personalized one-to-one service (such as asking each of us : what each one want from the course and collect it on padlet), which is really a unique module delivery experience!

Moreover, at the end of the module, the module convenors actively solicited suggestions for improvement. It can be seen that the perfect course experience is the result of continuous improvement through the efforts of the professors. I believe that the future module experience will be more perfect. envy future students :). Thank you very much to the module convenors for making efforts in providing such a perfect learning experience journey!

In addition, the module content arrangement is tightly organized and substantial,  and the teaching content is very practical and clear delivered. In the interactive learning mode of the improved case study, the learning effect is very good! One point of my expectation is that I think it would be more perfect if the three great industry practitioners share more their investment project experience in the case study or teaching process, which will be more interesting, vivid and easy for students to deeply understand and memory some highly professional knowledge! 

Overall, strongly recommend to others interested in this module. one of my favourite module!
Pros:
1)Content is well structured and the way of delivering it and transition between three domain-expert Professor is excellent. 
2)Answers to student questions are in-depth which helps me understand better some difficult concepts.
3) plenty of case studies is useful to apply what is been taught.

Overall: It was a fun and holistic knowledge being taught with good time allocated, such as a longer afternoon break that helps me prepare better for the afternoon session to avoid screen fatigue. Taking turns working with a different classmate is a great chance to do peer learning. I look forward to meeting the Professor in person for a webinar at the campus. Thank you for the effort.


Cons:

1) It would be more helpful to grasp the content if the jargon is explained through the lecture or before the lecture.

In my opinion the:

- Interaction --> Excellent

No doubt that I have learned a lot from the module; I have a better understanding now of many of the jargons and the concepts that used to confuse me all the time.

My only comment is on the portfolio session that has delivered by RC. Maybe because the time was tied and much was to cover, he was a bit in a rush to cover the content in the window that has been allocated to him. I couldn't get much from this session.
