         <title>Culinary - Salsa</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first thing i noticed was the tangy smell. The salsa was overall a great product we created. I especially enjoyed the fresh tomato flavor it had. Even though it was great I would have changed the spiciness of the salsa, it was overall too mild for my liking. I would like to keep the amount of cilantro we had, it was perfect. And if I had to change one thing it would be to add more jalapenos for that extra kick. I really enjoyed the salsa and this project as a whole.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Culinary - Oat Cookies</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The oat cookies had an amazingly sweet aromatic aroma. I liked the light texture the cookies had. I would keep the amount of flour that we used to create that. I didn't like how sweet the cookies were, at least they were to sweet for my taste. I would change the amount of sugar we added and the size on some of them. The bigger ones cooked unevenly and made for a crispy outside and a chewy    inside. Overall I enjoyed making them and the great taste.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Culinary- Pancakes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The pancakes had a delicate, but scrumptious taste. I liked the crisp edges and the soft middle of the pancakes. I would keep the cooking method we used to make them.  I didn't like the moistness though, the pancakes were a little bit too dry for my taste. I would change the amount of flour we used or the amount of milk we used to make them more moist. The amount of time we cooked up them was a bit off as they came out a bit rubbery.Overall I enjoyed them and was a great addition to my cooking arsenal.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Culinary-Biscuits </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To be forward this wasn't one of my favorite labs. Our biscuits were doughy and our meat patties were still a little bit raw. I didn't like much of anything about this lab, due to our own skills not the recipes. I would have changed the amount of time we cooked both the biscuits and the patties. While cooking it though they did have a good aromatic smell. Overall I think this lab was a fail as we did not preform to the best of out abilities and the product didn't turn out well.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Culinary- Pizza</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first thing I noticed was the amazing look of the glistening toppings on the pizza. The pizza had an amazing taste of pepperoni, bell peppers, and pineapples. The distinct flavor of of the spicy pepperonis, the sweet pineapples, and savory bell peppers came together to make a wonderful dish. I would keep everything we did in this lab, it turned out perfect. I enjoyed everything about this lab. And overall one of my favorite things we made this year. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Culinary- Holiday Brunch</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The souffle had an amazing smell coming out of the oven. The smell of the eggs and sausages came together to make a smell to die for. I liked the taste of both the soft, hearty souffle and the sweet, delicate cinnamon rolls. I would keep our technique used in this lab and further use it in the future. What I did't like was that the eggs were a little bit underdone and came out soft. I would have changed the cook time on the souffle to cook for just a few more minutes to make the best outcome possible. Overall a great dish.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Culinary - Holiday cookies</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first thing I noticed was the sweet aroma that appeared while baking the colorful cookies. The cookies tasted great, they were sweep and also had a lovely chewy consistency. Although it was chewy it had a crisp edge which made for a great contrast in texture. I would keep everything about the recipe because the tasted great. I would leave out frosting them because i preferred them without it. This was a wonderful project.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I loved this assignment. The potatoes were cooked to perfection. I loved the flavor of this dish. It was amazing when it was finished. While cooking, the smell made my mouth water. I would change the amount of time we spent reheating it because we burnt the bottom of it. Overall it was one of my favorite dishes.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Culinary- Tomato Soup</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first thing I notice was that was the salty flavor of the soup. It was over an average project for our group. I like how the pasta shells contrasted with the soup. Even though the soup was too salty for my taste, I still enjoyed it. I would like to change the amount of salt we added to the end. I would also like to add more water to the product.  I would like to keep the ingredients use, but take out some salt.The grilled cheese that complimented it was also good. Overall it was decent.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I went to Rance's pizzeria. It is one of my favorite spots to pick up a pie. The way they make their pizzas is out of this world. They make fresh dough and sauce everyday. They have a great variety of pizzas to choose from. From a Chicago style deep dish to a skinny California style pizza.          <title>Culinary Field study 2</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This was my first time I experienced the wonders of Korean barbecue. My friends took me out to one of their favorite places, Shik Do Rak. When I first got there I was confused on how the place work. My friends explained to me that it's a free for all, pick your own seat and a waited would come to you. The first thing I noticed when we were seated was the grill in the middle of the table. Then they explained that we had to cook our own meat. I was skeptical at first, but I was up for the new experience. When were going to the menu my friends said it was all you can eat so you can order what ever you want. The main thing people order is brisket because it is flavor, but not that filling so you can order a lot. MY favorite thing of the menu was the bugogi, it was a wetter meat, but was sweet and full of flavor. It was an amazing first experience.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Culinary Field Study 1</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This was my attempt to make my own steak and rice for dinner. It was a a simple piece of ranchera meat.I trimmed the fat of the meat then I spiced the piece with a simple Monterrey spice mix and let it cook on the pan. The rice was pretty simple too, I washed the rice then put it in a pot with a couple cups of water with salt and let it cook. Overall it was a simple meal, but delicious. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Chef Gordon Ramsay has been one of my role models for a long time. He is a great chef that has earned some of the highest awards in the industry. He was multiple Michelin star restaurants. Not only a great chef, but a great entrepreneur. He built up his name and has opened many restaurants around the world. He is also a great guy that has starred on many of his own television shows. My favorite world have to be Hell's Kitchen. Teams go head to head to earn a spot as a head chef in a succeeding restaurant and a quarter million dollar salary.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Wolfgang Puck is an amazing man. He is an outstanding chef, author of many cook books, and has hosted several cooking shows. He main me most well known for fusing California ingredients with classic French cuisine. He opened his first restaurant, Spago, in Hollywood California on Sunset Strip. He gained much popularity after that and became one of the most famous and respected chefs in the world.
