However, it will be a challenge for her to balance the work at home and also study, considering the current cuts and their family’s economic situation.

Together as a family, they earn close to Rs.10000/month. Mrs. Asha did her schooling till 4th standard but couldn't continue due to family issues. 

As said, her husband is a farmer and earns their livelihood by growing Dhudi, Parval and Cucumber crops alternatively.

Technographics:
Mrs. Asha has basic exposure to using a mobile phone and television because of her children. She works as daily labor and occasionally helps her husband in farming. 

The family earns their livelihood through farming, growing crops such as Dhudi, Parval, and Cucumber, for which they use a tractor and basic agricultural equipment like a khitha.

Radha's exposure to technology is limited to using a mobile phone and watching TV. Her household relies on a well and borewell for water, and she spends 5-6 minutes every day collecting 100 litres of water for the household. The family does not have an electric meter and the electricity supply is irregular, but they do have a TV.

Radha's husband has kidney stones and she uses both traditional methods like Tulsi and Ayurveda, as well as modern medicine to treat it. She and her family eat food from the ration and are satisfied with it. They do have toilets in their household.

Despite facing health issues such as back pain, she never let it bring her down and always remained positive and supportive of her husband. In her free time, she enjoyed singing and dancing, which brought her joy and peace.

Their two children, a 9th standard student and a 6th standard student, were the pride and joy of their parents. They were diligent students who always aimed to do their best in school. The family lived in a small house and often faced difficulties such as heat and mosquitoes during the summer months. However, they made do with what they had and the water they had to bring it from the place which is far away from them it takes nearly 45mins to travel

Psychographics: He is a farmer who still does not want to give his profession at least until his 2 sons complete education successfully. He believes that educating his next generation will help their family to get of from the poverty pit.

Technographics:  He is comfortable in using smart phones with internet connection from which we can conclude that he can use any easy to use apps and social media. He is also comfortable in handling farming equipment like tractors, Power Harrow, Leveler, water browser, ripper machine as he owns his own tractor.

Psychographics – He has a rich attitude towards the water management as they use the rain water collected in rainy seasons in drum and dam water during summer. Though the borewell is about 2 kms from his place, he never felt impatient on doing that. Though they give much importance to health, they visit the hospital about 10 times an year for the regular check-up but still but they engage themselves in unhygienic toilets and dispose the material waste near their living area.

Technographics – He is comfortable in using smartphones and internet connection. Has a good knowledge in design machines, paints and brushes. He has good skills in painting and some farm works with which he depend on these professions for his livelihood.

Goal – To educate himself so that he could be able to teach some basics to his brother’s son and daughter.

Tasks – Sending them to the school regularly and keeping up updated with them in terms of their home tasks so that they don’t end up not having a quality education and a job based on it.

Pain Points – Due to the electricity problem, the kids are unable to spend time on their home works at home. Also, he has to manage irrigating his farms using machine pump which becomes difficult at times and affects the yield.

They speak and communicate in Hindi. 

Psychographics – Though he’s having backpain and kidney stones, his commitment for the betterment of the family didn’t compromised. He is more bothered about his daughters education and for the livelihood. He is health cautious so they dump the waste in the dustbins and he limits himself for the periodic health check-up to save his earnings. They get access to drinking water from the borewell which is 20 mins distant from his home. He stores as much as water possible with the help of rain-water harvesting and use them at peak times. 

Technographics – He is good with smartphones, farming and gardening tools as he’s into the farming profession, has a better knowledge towards the other basic appliances such as TV, Fridge, DVDs etc,. He is very skilled at farming and driving. 

Goal – Since, his days were bad, he wants his children to work hard and achieve excellence. He wanted to have better electricity and road facilities for the betterment of his daughters.

She is an ambitious young girl who is determined to join the police force in the future. She is focused on pursuing further education and is a learning-oriented individual. Despite the challenges she may face, she is resilient and is determined to overcome them in order to achieve her goals.

Sita has a basic knowledge of mobile and computer technology and uses both a mobile phone and computer, demonstrating her level of exposure to technology. Her skills in these areas support her learning-oriented and ambitious personality as she pursues further education with the goal of joining the police force.
