As for the game of Stack-O, we rack our brains to try solve the puzzle as a whole. We also believe that as we work as a team, we will succeed together as well. Also, the way of communication must also be improved in us as we think that communication is a key. If our commucation skills are good, I believe that we will work together as a team better than before.

We weren't very clear on the rules but we got a grasp of it after awhile and started discussing how to move the items across. It was very confusing at first as we did not really know what we were doing, it got better afterwards when we started to see a pattern in the actions.

It took us a few minutes to finally accomplished the game and it gave us a sense of achievement. I feel that I have communicated well with Thanes and we tried alternative ways to tackle this games.

Overall, I feel that this is a good game to make people to work and think together.

For the Lost at Seas game, we discuss for a very long time before we were able to come out with a final decision as we all had different point of view. But in the end we still manage to chose a decision which we all agreed on because we listen to each other and try to understand each other.

For the lost at sea. We had disagreement going on to decide which is much important than others. However we talked and gave reasons why we think our answer is right and manage to agree.

Overall, I believe my team had shown good teamwork by showing respect towards each other during the game and learnt something from one another.

It wasn't really interesting, but I found that our decision was made fairly.

I've learned that groups who prioritize the members thoughts over the problem would actually complete the task easier and faster. In my future group work, I would probably encourage such acts.

Furthermore, for the staking game, our group collaborated really well and we also communicated well. We are able to use our personal items and stack it up so it will be as high as possible. We felt really happy as our stako was quite high. We felt a sense of achievement that we were able to complete it. In order to do better, I think that we should strategise before we even start the game. So we can better prepare ourselves for what we are going to do. It was also a good learning point to learn from our teammates and learn from each other. This is one of the most important skill that a leader should develop. This is a fruitful experience that I learnt and I will improve myself from this. I will learn how to be able to convey myself to my fellow group mates and make effective communication. Today our team was very active and we were communicating well for Stack O and managed to solve after sometime. As for Lost at Sea we had a few disagreements but we managed to solve our problems effectively and communicated well. I believe that communication and being active in the group is important for achieving goals within the group.

Firstly, Stack-O activity was interesting. The game is to be played with my partner. We have 3 papers spread on the table. On the first paper we need to stack any of our belongings on top of the other- smaller object at the top and larger object at the bottom. We have shift the whole stack to the third paper one at a time and smallest at the top and largest at the bottom. I was quite ambious because i keep forgetting that i need to shift one at a time. With the aid of my partner i was able to finish the task given. It was challenging and triggers my mind what am i suppose to shift next. I liked the game.

Secondly, the activity was Lost at Sea. My yacht broke out in fire. However, i got into a rubber boat. Moreover, i manage to save 15 items. I have to rank these 15 items from the most to least important for my survival. I had to rank individually and also with my team mate. Later, Ms Betty gave us the list of how an expert rank the 15 items. I have to compare the the expert and my ranking as well as expert and team’s ranking. I realise that I survive well individually however i am dead if i were to be on the boat with my team member. This game shows me that i am independent person and able to find a way out by myself. Whereas i am not strong enough when i work together with my team mate.

I feel that Stack-O challenges my mind and Lost at Sea shows that i am able to work as a solo person.

I conclude that team work is very important. Doing work solo gives me the satisfaction that my work is completed, done many research and error free. However, working as a team is more useful and effective because i can learn things from my other friends.
