Content: Oftentimes I got so caught up in the innovation idea itself and what I want, but forgot to consider my customer. The introduction to various tools can be used, had led me to found other way to understand my customer profile deeper from before.

Methods: I found that self free writing followed-up by brainstorming discussion with team is working well for me to structure the innovation ideas proposed. The very limited time also made me feel like I'm in the middle of a real competition. Turns out online learning method isn't a barrier to grasp the essence of competition itself.

Content: I loved to see there are many formal ways to help me identify customer needs precisely. One of them is customer journey. This tools helps me to analyze customers by act as customers.

Methods: In the group discussion, there were many ideas comes up in limited time. It was very interesting to see there is no limit to innovations regarding time constraint.
