GoGuardian Teacher is a website that provides a digital window into students' activities online. Teachers can view screens, any open tabs and browsing history. To limit distractions, teachers can send a private message to redirect students, enable alerts for off-task activity, close unnecessary tabs, block websites and even lock students' devices. This program is great for teaching in an in-person, remote or hybrid model, given students are using their device provided by the school system. This program is also beneficial for all students, not just those with ADHD.

Trello is an organization tool that is accessible through a website and app. It is helpful for students to organize any classwork and homework they have, as well as any upcoming quizzes and tests. Trello values collaboration, too, so teachers and students can view and edit a Trello board. The list format it uses makes it practical for information and tasks to be organized by class, due date or any other functional way. Files and links can easily be added to boards, as Trello connects seamlessly to Google Drive and other platforms.

Bouncy Balls is a simple website to monitor sound levels in the classroom. Bouncy balls, or the theme of your choice, bounce on the screen in response to noise levels. Noise sensitivity can be adjusted to fit your needs. When the classroom is too loud, the website will loudly "Shhhh!" or beep as an alert. Of course, some students may see this website as a game, so it is important to establish expectations and consequences for deliberate attempts to set off alerts. The movement of the bouncy balls may be distracting, too, so it may be better to not display the website. Using this tool in conjunction with a reward system is a simple way to motivate students with ADHD to stay quiet and on-task!

ClassDojo is an educational platform that focuses on connecting students, parents and teachers. One of the best ways it offers connection is through a points system that tracks students' behaviors. Students can earn "positive" or "needs work" points that are specific to behavior like a positive point for "homework completion" or a negative point for "calling out." The types of points are created by the teacher, and teachers do not have to use negative points. This is a great way to motivate students to show positive, expected behavior in the classroom, especially since teachers are able to add comments to the points! This platform is accessible through the ClassDojo website and app! There is also a version for parents to use at home for consistency purposes.
