         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my overall health my physical health isn't that bad, But theirs one aspect that I've been wanting to work on. That is my flexibility. I've always been in good athletic condition and I've always been more advanced when it comes to athletics. Except for my flexibility. Flexibility has many benefits for you health. For example, the ability for your joints to move freely, and also to prevent injures and many more reasons. Im always trying to better my athletic ability so I believe that working on my flexibility will take my physical condition to the next level.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My plan is to stretch everyday at 5pm to 5:30 doing different stretches for all parts of my body. I will track myself by the amount of time I can hold a stretch and how deep into a stretch I can get. I will put a reminder on my phone set for 5pm saying to stretch so there' no excuse for me not to stretch and hit my goal.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I came up with this goal hoping to become more flexible, but I did not expect the other benefits i got from doing this goal. I most definitely became more flexible, But I also realized that everyday things became much easier. Things just like getting out of bed felt much easier and really just everything became easier. This to me was 100 percent worth the time I put into it and I plan on putting more time into stretching in the future.</div>]]></description>
