From the sharing with my group mates, I learned how they are good communicators and problem solvers. Even though lacking the space to conduct lessons or putting out their learning corner materials, they asked for help or readjusted the furniture to make things happen.
2) I believe you all have a kind, compassionate, and patient heart to teach the children. Despite the time constraint, you are unable to know the kids well. With the time in the future and the knowledge and wisdom you receive along your journey, you will continue to be able to fulfil your passion as an early childhood teacher.

1) I think what inspires me is that everyone went through their highs and lows, but nobody gave it. Through the challenges, we all still enjoyed the process and gained a lot from it. That is the most important part.

1) The support and guidance from my teacher colleagues was awesome and it's a point that I remind myself I have to pay it forward in future when I have the opportunity.
2) It's been an extraordinary ride in exceptional times but we did it. Hope our paths will cross again and stay in touch. As my host teacher said on the second last day of my practicum, she said she has mixed feelings - happy that I'm completing my practicum and course but means that I won't be attached with her class anymore.

1. It is indeed very important to have a good support system in this industry. As we deal with the children everyday, we may face a lot of challenges, difficulties and even problems but having someone to trust and lean on would help us to continue with this passion. We may feel exhausted at the end of the day but having someone to cheer you on and tell you that you are doing a good job will ease all these burdens.

1) The support we have for each other as EC educators. I think all of us agreed that the camaraderie we have in the centre as EC educators play a vital role in keeping the flame within us alive.

2) The past 1 year has been extremely tough on us, with most of us juggling between assignments and work. I hope that all of us will keep our passion for being the difference in children's lives alive for as long as we can, even if we eventually leave the industry in the (hopefully distant) future. I feel so encouraged when we exchange ideas and it amazes me that people like you are part of the industry! I wish everyone the best in this journey together ❤️

1) I felt everyone put in a lot of efforts for this practicum 3. And some of my classmates shared about the challenges that they had encountered during the video recording and implementation of the lesson plan. But they all never give up. It was a rush and stressful period and I am glad and inspired by of all them that we made it.

1. I think what inspire me the most is everyone were able to get through this practicum with preserving till the end despite some hiccups during lesson time be it video recording, classroom management or working out on the unit plan and activities.

1. I thought man power issue was only in my school but after listening from my friends I do understand that it is a reality. and I absolutely loved how everyone embraced this situation and did what needs to be done. Thank you sharing ladies and I think I will complain less now about this
2. I think this batch is very resilient and an amazing lot. Though we haven't been together physically in class but I can still connect with so many of them and comfortable sharing a lot of personnel experience during class.

1) We were all a bit stressed by the technical side of the Practicum but we all pulled through and did our very best. It was a time for all of us to display our inner strength, to push ourselves beyond what we were comfortable with and face all challenges head on.

2) My groupmates have been a source of comfort and inspiration throughout the course. Whenever I was exhausted and wanted to give up. I would receive encouragement and support and found the strength to continue because of that.

1. During this practicum, I realised that I could have been more careful with the choice of device that I have used when doing my video recording. Once I took a laptop to record but it ended up being muffled. However, the children were behaving quite well during the lesson. Then, when I decided to redo the recording, the children became restless because they knew what was going to happen. So, I feel that the classroom management is one thing I should be working on to get the children's attention and time management as the children were working too long during my learning centres.
2. What inspires me to learn from one another is how some of us are fortunate to have good mentors who could teach and prepare us beforehand. Some of us may just have some perseverance into teaching throughout the lesson and gaining some confidence after teaching.
3. Keep on moving forward! The road ahead is still very far and all of us are still learning to become a preschool teacher. We just need to hang on and persevere till the end.

1) I've learned as a teacher, we must be willing to put in effort and try our best to improve ourselves. Building rapport with the children requires time and that classroom management is vital followed by everything else to fall into place. I get a sense of satisfaction when the children are engaged and actively participate during my lessons. It's been a fulfilling experience and I enjoy what I do now.

2) Persevere is key and never take feedbacks too personal but as a constructive one. Be confident and always seek advise from other experienced teachers if unsure.
