Biggest impact - loss of human in person interaction.  Great adaptations to virtual, but miss human "touch"...
"Home Visiting" did some adaptations.
Child care especially struggling - econonically, emotionally, rapid open/closing of resources.  Child care was scarce before COVID, this has intensified.

-Workforce support/retention: Particularly related to ECE.  Many folks aren't planning/able to return to these jobs and this was already an under invested/under resourced area
-Positives: Hopes we can retain options for service delivery
-Seen staff needing to divert services/programs from normal work in these areas to focus on COVID response.  This as impacted capacity for this work.
