His mom rejects this idea and gets two black cats, but they were killed by someone in the neighborhood. Later on , Trevor's mom adopts two puppies named Fufi and Panther. Panther is his moms dog while Fufi is his. Fufi seems unintelligent but is actually deaf. One day Fufi climbs the wall and goes to another family's house. The other family insists Spotty, their name for Fufi, is their dog. Trevor's mom brings documentation and they get Fufi back.
