For some reason (like every other small child) I was fascinated with the red-hot eye on the stove. My mom would always say "hot, ouch, do NOT touch!' but of course I did not believe her until I touched it myself. You better believe that after the first time, I never willfully touched another stove eye. 
*2) One more active experience that I have had was when my dad would be hammering something and even if he was distracted for a split second, more than likely he would accidentally hammer his hand. They only give you so much information and then you have to take that information and expand and apply it to something that you can present to others. 
*2) Another experience that I have had with Constructive learning is when teachers would put bonus questions at the end of a test. We were assigned groups to go outside in our schools courtyard and to find, describe, and to then label the different types of mosses that were growing. We worked in groups however were assigned to specific parts of the research to collectively gather a report to turn in to our teacher. 
*2) A second example that I have of Cooperative Learning have been when professors or teachers had students peer review other students. I was taught many equations by one of my favorite teachers ever. She not only taught us these equations, but she also incorporated them into many real-life situations so that one day we would recognize those things that we learned in the world all around us. 
*2)One more authentic experience that I can think of is when my mom would make me get up and come to the kitchen to help her cook or bake. Once you set the goal (otherwise known as your major) it really takes an intentional mindset to get the job done. 
*2)Another experience that I have had with Intentional Learning is when I got hired at Chick-Fil-A. They really make sure that they hire Intentional Learners. As soon as they hire you they make the option to keep moving up and up in the company readily available.
