I am an avid reader and typically read between 30 and 40 books a year. 

I try to squeeze as much hiking as possible into my busy schedule. In addition to hiking locally, I have hiked all over the United States and quite a few places internationally. 

I travel as much as my bank account will allow. Within in the last year I have been all throughout Germany and spent some time in Interlaken, Switzerland, and Prague, Czech Republic. I also spent some time trekking through Patagonia which is the southern regions of both Chile and Argentina and completed the famous W Trek in Torres del Paine National Park.

I am very passionate about helping others as well. Teaching provides an opportunity for me to help young adults each day.

Everyday teaching is a completely new experience. I could be teaching the same lesson that I taught the previous year and yet it will have a completely different outcome because it is being taught to a new set of students. Teaching requires me to constantly think "on my feet." My name is Molly Girafalco. I am from Coatesville, Pennsylvania. I attended Millersville University and completed a semester abroad at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. After graduating, I moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia and taught Family and Consumer Science at Post Oak Middle School in Spotsylvania County for two years. I then moved back to Pennsylvania for a middle and high school Family and Consumer position in Downingtown Area School District. This is my second year at Lionville Middle School and Downingtown East High School. I love my job and am one of those crazy people that actually enjoys getting up and going to work.
