EXPERTS: es poden aconseguir els mateixos objectius, es poden gestionar els recursos humans i materials i es poden endegar projectesi conduir una organització mitjançant estils diferents.
Tipus de lideratge:

• OR (vers la relació i les persones)
• OT (vers la tasca, el treball i la seva organització)
• DEMOCRÀTIC/PARTICIPATIU (protagonisme considerable del grup)
• AUTORITARI (protagonisme exclusiu del líder)
