Feofaniya is a charming natural park and a historical monument in the suburbs of Kiev. It is well-groomed and clean, thus remaining beautiful all year round. You can wander the tracks, hike the hills or just enjoy the peaceful view over the ponds. However, fishing and swimming are prohibited here. The history of Feofaniya started in 1912 when professional architects decided to create a landscape park.

Buzk's Gard National Nature Park (Ukrainian: Національний природний парк «Бузький Гард») covers an area along the Southern Bug River in south-central Ukraine. At this point, the Southern Bug River cuts through the southern edge of the Ukrainian Shield (a block of Archean basement rock). The park is therefore a canyon that transitions the river from the upland plateau to the steppe region. The name can be translated as "Bug Gard", where a 'gard' was a type of fishing structure used in the Cossack era. The park is spread in sections over Voznesensk and Pervomaisk districts of Mykolaiv Oblast. The major portions are about 140 km upstream from the estuary of the Southern Bug at the Black Sea.
