The Boise School District has a very strong community of staff with a high teacher retention rate. Teachers have many professional development opportunities and are well supported in their educational journeys. The school district also works hard to meet the needs of all learners with an extensive amount of programs that foster individual student success.
Weaknesses
Even with additional funding for Title 1 schools, the schools that are located in lower-class socioeconomic areas seem to receive less funding and support than those in high class areas.
