         <description><![CDATA[<div>Say something to tell me what exactly your evidence is and then choose a way to display your evidence. Add 3-5 pieces of evidence per principle (so 6-10 entries per padlet, since two Ps are listed on each). Be sure to add a final box for each principle that is your written 1-paragraph response for <strong>each</strong> principle: "What is my planned for continued growth in this area?" Include your self-rating for each principle (on a scale of 1-4--- see syllabus). Label these entries: "P[#]: Plan for continued growth."</div>]]></description>
