A more collaborative approach to PLGs worked well with each member of the faculty presenting a session. Greater ownership translated into more` buy in' regarding our PLG focus - essay writing using digital technology. Greater focus on the `learning' rather than a final presentation also helped. This year less ground was covered ( compared to 2014) but it was much more effective. All that we did was workable and practical.

Appreciated appraisal meetings with Cle - provided a clear framework

teaching staff and how they combined together. peer teaching opportunities.

We have lots of mini-conversations and use kamar and email a lot; the need for whole faculty meetings is declining (and getting increasingly difficult to arrange)

Cath:I have enjoyed the conversations during appraisal meetings with HOFs. I found them to be powerful, useful and inspiring for me. There is a lot of really good work going on and a lot of leadership development.
