Much of her role includes managing teams of beauty therapists and overseeing ongoing training and support of new members and existing members of staff. Luisa gained valuable insight into the standard of many beauty therapists and feels truly blessed to be a part of the educational system and prepare new professionals for the ever-growing and rewarding beauty industry.

Something you may not know about Luisa:

She was born into the industry and grew up in salons owned by her mother. She grew up with the culture of nails and women socialising in an environment of relaxation and beauty therapies.

She finds visual and discussion-based theory delivery most effective, particularly when accompanied by practical demonstrations and opportunities to ask questions. Harriette is highly engaged in her learning, receptive to feedback, and motivated by the opportunity to grow professionally. She has three children but has stated this will not impact her ability to complete the course or manage her progression. Her commitment and clarity of goals make her a strong candidate for further development in advanced aesthetics.

To support Harriette’s growth, we will continue providing visual-based learning resources, practical mock assessments, and targeted feedback to help her build confidence and skill. Further guidance will be offered on transitioning into tattoo removal, including ensuring she finds an accredited course to follow her current training. We also recommend regular progress reviews using SMART targets and mentorship on how to promote and market her services to attract new clients and enhance her business.
