White Man's Burden

A burden is having a lot of work. America basically went to other countries and had them do our dirty or hard work so that we didn't have too. Kipling viewed those being imperialized as slaves in a way. His description is correct because those being imperialized had to do dirty work from America. I agree with Kipling's views because he shows how the people being imperialized are being forced to do Americas hard work because is America is too lazy to do it themselves. The White Man's Burden was an example of how imperialism wasn't good in certain ways such as those imperialized don't have an option of what they can and can't do.
